Audrey Feldman is a PhD student in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School researching the intersection of economics and behavior. She’s a behavioral scientist who looks at improving wellbeing. Audrey is interested in improving the take-up and implementation of education and social policy interventions. Improving trust, transparency, and communication between citizens and their governments which helps people grow and flourish. Because much of her work is partnership based, she cares deeply that research contributes to generalizable knowledge that helps more people.

As a research fellow at The People Lab, Audrey Feldman collaborates with state and local governments to generate rigorous evidence and implement field experiments that fight inequality. As a graduate researcher at the Fandom and Social Connection Initiative, she studies tools to improve well-being. She is a 2026 Malcolm Hewitt Wiener PhD Scholars in Poverty and Justice.

Audrey holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame. She draws her research inspiration from hands-on volunteer experiences at a refugee resettlement organization, a mentorship and tutoring program at a juvenile detention center, and years of fundraising collaboration with small non-profits.
